Steamed Green Beans

The green beans are cleaned, placed on baking trays and cooked in a steam oven. The vegetables are NOT boiled in water, to ensure they maintain their organoleptic qualities and retain optimum nutritional values.  Once cooked, the product is packaged in a controlled atmosphere.
