OVEN ROASTED POTATOES WITH FRANKFURTERS
Siamcotte uses potatoes which are mainly sourced in Italy. The potatoes are machine-peeled, then further cleaned by hand to remove any remaining imperfections. Next, they are dressed with sunflower oil, salt, natural seasoning and finally placed on baking trays and roasted. Meanwhile, the Frankfurters are seared on a grill, then steamed and cut into slices. The potatoes and frankfurters are then packaged in a controlled atmosphere.
