OVEN ROASTED POTATOES WITH FRANKFUTERS

The potatoes are machine-peeled, then further cleaned by hand to remove any remaining imperfections. Next, they are dressed with sunflower oil, salt, aromatic herbs and finally placed on baking trays and roasted. Meanwhile, the Frankfurters are seared on a grill, then steamed and cut into slices. The potatoes and frankfurters are then packaged in a controlled atmosphere.
