Oven Roasted Potatoes

This variety of vegetable has yellow flesh and a firm consistency; when oven-roasted it takes on a very pleasing colour, with very stable organoleptic properties. The potatoes are machine-peeled, then further cleaned by hand to remove any remaining imperfections. Lastly, they are dressed with sunflower oil, salt, aromatic herbs before being placed in baking tins and roasted. The product is then packaged in a controlled atmosphere.
