OVEN ROASTED POTATOES WITH CHEESE
Siamcotte uses potatoes which are mainly sourced in Italy. The potatoes are machine-peeled, then further cleaned by hand to remove any remaining imperfections, and cut into slices. They are then dressed with sunflower oil and salt before being placed in baking tins and roasted. Cheese is added and the process is completed by cooking the ingredients ‘au gratin’. Lastly, the product is packaged in a controlled atmosphere.
