PASTA WITH SPICY BROCCOLI RABE
The turnip tops (broccoli rabe) are first steamed, then dressed with seed oil flavoured with garlic, chilli pepper and salt while still boiling hot. In the meantime, durum wheat pasta is cooked “al dente” and dressed with the turnip tops.
Once cooked, the product is packaged in a controlled atmosphere.
