Siamcotte uses potatoes mainly sourced in Italy. This potato variety has yellow flesh and a firm consistency; when roasted it takes on a pleasing colour, with very stable organoleptic properties. The potatoes are washed, sliced and seared on a grill. They are then placed on baking sheets and dressed with sunflower oil, salt, natural seasoning, garlic and rosemary. After roasting, the product is packaged in a controlled atmosphere.
