Aubergines and courgettes grilled

Siamcotte uses exclusively fresh raw materials mainly from Italy. Aubergines and courgettes are washed by machine, peeled by hand and sliced. They then pass on the grill and are finally cooked in a conventional oven. At the end of cooking the product is packaged in a modified atmosphere.
