Peas with red onion stewed in the oven

Siamcotte uses exclusively fresh raw materials mainly from Italy. The peas and red onions are washed, the onions are sliced, the seasoning is added and finally they are cooked in a conventional oven. At the end of cooking the product is packaged in a modified atmosphere.
