Baked courgettes with parmesan

Siamcotte uses exclusively fresh raw materials mainly from Italy. The courgettes are washed by machine, peeled by hand and sliced, parmesan is added and finally they are cooked in a conventional oven. At the end of cooking the product is packaged in a modified atmosphere.
